The firm was founded in 1993 in Stavanger. The first decade established a Scandinavian practice anchored on bridge and fjord work; the second decade added a Gulf operation from Dubai and Kuwait City; the third decade expanded into signature towers and connected buildings across continental Europe and the United States.
Today the firm runs roughly 1,500 staff across seven regional offices and has, by choice, never opened outside the markets it can walk from a single chief engineer.
